Celeste I understand what you are saying. I am a proud mama's boy, but I only know why. My father was very abusive to my mother and us kids. I seen the nightmare my mother had to live, the sleep she lost and the tears that were shed at the hand of a man that claimed to love her. For the longest time I blamed my mom for being in this situation, if she would just leave, fight back or do something. It wasn't meant to be my mom died of cancer a year later. My sister and I were bounced from foster home to foster home and several years later my father remarried. Our stepmom changed my whole life. For the first time I was able to understand what the salt of the earth was, it was anyone or thing that was pure. When my stepmom got beaten up at the hands of my father for the first time she left with us permanently. She introduced us to all the good things in life including Andrea Bocelli and for all the things that she has done for us, I will never forget. I will stand at her side whenever I can.
