I was introduced to the wonder of Andrea through my brother-in-law, who gave me a copy of the cd, "Romanza" as a Christmas present in 1997. This was about six months after my husband's death. I, too, can attest to the "healing" and comfort in AB's music. At another time, it would have been difficult to indulge my love of this artist and his music, because my husband did not share my love of the classics. As a result of the analytical listening and study, I have renewed my interest in and am again practicing the piano, and am now playing for services in two churches. I must give God the credit for restoring my abilities, but the attention-getting factor was my absorbtion in the music of OFT. I am a mature,retired teacher, with a major in Music Education, so am really not a novice to the world of music, but am enjoying it more than ever.
