Hi all
My partner was in Italy a few weeks ago and one of his friends mum made a potatoe based dish called "Norkie" (not sure about the spelling)
because of communication barriers he could not get the recipe...
Can any one help???

I think the dish is called gnocchi and they are little dumplings. I love them. Here is a link to a recipe.
