As you all know, a group of fans for the last 6 years have held an annual Bocelli Birthday Celebration/Auction/Raffle & Donation in conjunction with Andrea's birthday as our gift to him each year.

This has been great fun, forging new friendships and reinforcing existing ones. This has allowed us to send a donation in honor of Andrea's Birthday to ARPA, of which he is Honorary President, from his fans yearly.

This has been successful only because of wonderful fans like you and we appreciate your participation last year. We would like to continue this tradition; however, this year due to certain circumstances, we are able only to have a cyber-celebration and suggest each of you remember Andrea in your own way on September 22nd. You can do this online, of course, or perhaps gather with other nearby Bocelli-hearted individuals for fellowship, good food, and a toast or two on this special day!

In order to continue the tradition of the ARPA donation in his honor, please contact [email protected] or [email protected] to find out how to do so. We will send something "Bocellish" to the first 20 donations, and something very special to the person with the highest donation. Be assured that next year, when Andrea turns the big 50, there will definitely be a BIG celebration and auction to match!!! In the meantime, join us in spirit so we can again gift Andrea with our donation in his honor to ARPA! You may also, as in the past, send a short message or card to be sent along to Andrea, if you'd like, written in English, Italian or even get it brailled if you can, and we'll be sure he gets the messages. Cut off date for donations will be 9/29/07.
