hi well last night for the 1st time dinner was Barilla tortellini ricotta e spinaca delizioso
normally i would hestitate to add yet more lira to Andrea's astronomical bank account ,
but this stuff is just too tasty
with a little good balsamic vinegar and parmesan its addictive.

Hi Alex!
This sounds delicious, but in Holland I couldn't find Barilla yet. Is this ready-made food? We have here Grand Italia tortellini in every supermarket. You cook them in water and add sauce. Sometimes I do eat them, but they are not quite my favourite.
Nina.

Hurray!!!!!I found in my local supermarket FRESH RAVIOLI with porcini!!!!!!I treated myself this week, yummy yummy!!!! Yesterday my friend had a TUPPERWARE party, and we all got a SLIMFAST diet package(business to business gift), pasta Fiorentino. I tried it today, but that one had really little to do with Italian food....Better have fresh, good, delicious food and walk an extra mile......

I thought they would be good, all Barilla Pasta is excellent, except for the Tortellini The filling is dehydrated, and when you boil them they don't taste real. I'm suprised to find them mealy and inedible. |
