Oprah Winfrey has selected Carson McCuller's great book, The Heart is a Lonely Hunter, as a book club selection. Check out my review of this book, posted here on 12/17/03, and my comparisons with AB. This book is well worth the read - am glad to think Oprah agrees with me.
