GM...I think cooking is another of Andrea's passions..I am aware that he has a pasta recipe and I would suppose many and yes, it would be divine to have even one recipe of his...A few years ago,after a concert in Chicago, some of "us fans" went to an Italian restuarant that Andrea frequents when he is in Chicago,infact, there is even a room dedicated to him...When we were there, we ordered a pasta cassorole that was his recipe...I never will forget that night...There are probably some here that remember that too...

I LOVE to cook, and bake. you wanna hear something sad Em, 6 months ago, I lost my home to a fire caused by a arrson... I was running across what was lightly/heavely damaged... and my Italian cook book wasone of the things that was not keepable. I gotta go cookbook shoping.lol
Hey Em, I just went on another website looking for Italian recipes.. Just incase, I won't link the address here.... but looks like some one colored pictures with crayons on paper and penciled in.LOL
